Investment criteria

Kissel Ventures GmbH invests in young "early stage" companies in the ICT and creative industries. In accordance with the "Smart Capital"approach, we are happy to provide our investments with expert advice, contribute ideas and arrange useful contacts. On the other hand, however, we also leave the founders enough air to breathe and think, and as a rule we do not hang ourselves in it where it is not desired.

The formal criteria are:

• Seed capital between 10,000 and 250,000 euros
• Minority interest, but with a blocking minority of at least 25%.
• Registered office in Germany
• Software, hardware, apps, fintech, IT services, cloud services, creative industries
• Convincing founding team
• Valid business model
• Sound business plan
